About MaxiCode
MaxiCode (ISO/IEC 16023) is a fixed-size hexagonal 2D symbology used by UPS for parcel sortation. Its bullseye finder allows reading even at high conveyor speeds.
Valid input
- Fixed 1.11 in x 1.054 in (28.14 x 26.77 mm) with a bullseye finder - do not rescale.
- Mode 2 or 3 is used by UPS and requires a Structured Carrier Message: postal code, country code, service class, then message.
- Mode 4, 5, 6 are for general data, secure data, and reader programming respectively.
